Canadian whisky was born of rebellion—rye, blends, and bootleg barrels rolling through Prohibition. We nod to that past, but we’re not here to repeat it.
We use american moonshine practices, brew beer into spirit, bend time with rapid aging, and resurrect Okanagan wine barrels in our own way.
It’s whisky made with curiosity, creativity,
